No Returns or Refunds Policy – Dulcería Alebrijes

At Dulcería Alebrijes, we take pride in offering fresh, high‑quality Mexican candy, snacks, groceries, and party supplies. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please review our policy below.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to:

  • Candy and snacks
  • Food and grocery items
  • Drinks
  • Piñatas and party supplies
  • Seasonal or promotional items

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.


2. Exceptions for Store Errors

We may offer a replacement or store credit only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was missing an item
  • The product arrived damaged due to our handling

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on the situation.


3. Shipping Issues

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost packages
  • Heat damage
  • Melted candy
  • Weather‑related issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.


4. In‑Store Purchases

For purchases made at our physical location:

  • All food items are final sale.
  • Non‑food items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt is required for all exchanges.
